It funny, because a year ago, when I did not even know about the chi running, it seemed as though I would run similar to this when I got tired. My body naturally wanted to push out instead of me reaching out. I also do the hip thing too that was shared in the video. I should investigate further into chi running. I think it makes perfect sense. Thank you so much for sharing.
