And good job on the weight loss program... But, I hope you don't mind my unsolicited advice... Try alternating oatmeal with a a Protein rich dinner... Like steamed/grilled fish or chicken with a serving of veggies... And no rice or better - brown rice. Or kahit mag-century tuna in water ka lang on whole wheat... Baka kasi mag-binge ka bigla...
