I should've followed the pace indicated in my easy runs when I was training before. it was probably that feeling of invincibility that encouraged me to run beyond the recommended easy pace, allowing myself to get injured.<br /><br />@julius, well I'm starting to hit the road again. this morning 3km with 7:55 mpk. comfortable pace pa din.
